City Engineer

The City of Kyle is now accepting applications for the position of City Engineer. This position will review engineering plans for both city and private projects through the site development process, review plats and zoning change requests, develop and maintain utility and public works capital improvement plans, review traffic problems and engineer solutions, and manage drainage and flood plain issues.

Requirements: BS degree in civil engineering or equivalent and a Texas Professional Engineer’s (PE) certification.  Must submit city application. Starting Salary: $78-$83k. DOQ. Open until filled.
