Located on the corner of Center and Burleson Streets, our new Police building welcomes visitors into the heart of downtown Kyle. Whether it's locating lost animals or helping with a city event, the officers give 110% of their efforts and time. From the Blue Santa Bike Give Away to the Fourth of July Festivities, you can count on KPD to assist its community.

In the battle against crime, we think that the Kyle Police force is strengthened as we rely on the eyes and ears of over 25,000 citizens within our community. Under the direction of Michael Blake, Police Chief, the Kyle Police Department maintains a calm, peaceful, but ever-growing city. You can help by following these simple steps to discourage thieves from making you a victim. If you are going to be out of town, complete the Security Check Request Form and return it to us and we will check you your residence or business will you are away.

The City of Kyle attributes it's extremely low Index Crime Rate to the visibility of our Police Department. Exceptional benefits, such as retirement, and health insurance, also make working for the Kyle Police department worthwhile. Incentive pay for bi-lingual and TCLEOSE certified officers are also offered to those who qualify.
