Tuesday, December 10, 2013 from 5pm-8pm
The Open House is part of the ongoing public involvement process for this study, which will analyze options for improving mobility between MoPac and FM 1626 in southern Travis and northern Hays counties. The study will consider environmental impacts, constraints, the needs of drivers, and concerns of surrounding neighbors. A final decision about whether or not to build the project is anticipated in 2015.
The purpose of SH 45SW is to: improve system connectivity; improve local mobility; provide an alternative route to congested local roadways; and improve travel times. The need for the project is to address traffic congestion and delays on the local roadway network.
We hope to see you at the Open House, but if you are unable to attend in person, you can still participate online via a Virtual Open House that will be online at www.SH45SW.com from December 11-20, 2013.
