Kyle City Council to Consider Monarch Rate Settlement
The Kyle City Council will Consider a settlement offer from Monarch Utilities regarding the utility's latest rate increase request at the May 15th City Council meeting. There will be a public hearing for citizens to comment to the council how they feel about the proposed settlement.
