NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM

NOTICE OF PRESENCE OF A POSSIBLE QUORUM OF THE CITY OF KYLE CITY COUNCIL AND

THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, V. T. C. A., Government Code, notice is hereby given of a possible quorum of the Kyle City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission at the swearing in of the Mayor, Council Member District 2 and Council Member District 4 to be held at the Kyle City Hall, 100 W Center St., Kyle, Texas on May 31, 2011 at 7:00 pm.

Notice of possible quorum: City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission, City of Kyle, Texas. This notice is posted in order to meet the requirements of the Open Meetings Act, in the event that the number of City Council members and Planning and Zoning Commission Members present at the session makes the Act applicable.

This notice was posted on the 27th day of May, 2011 prior to 7:00 PM.
