NOTICE OF PRESENCE OF A POSSIBLE QUORUM
OF THE CITY OF KYLE CITY COUNCIL

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 551, V. T. C. A., Government Code, notice is hereby given of a possible quorum of the Kyle City Council at the Lake Kyle ground breaking to be held at Lake Kyle, 700 Lehman Road, Kyle, Texas on Saturday, June 4, 2011 at 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
 
Notice of possible quorum:  City Council, City of Kyle, Texas.  This notice is posted in order to meet the requirements of the Open Meetings Act, in the event that the number of City Council members present at the session makes the Act applicable.
 
This notice was posted on the 1st day of June, 2011 prior to 8:00 AM.
