Kyle City Council to Consider 5-Year Plan for CIP, Equipment, & Personnel

The City of Kyle has put together a draft 5-year spending plan for Capital Improvement Projects, Equipment and Personnel. The plan, currently in "draft" form, is intended to identify city’s needs over the next five years and assist In prioritization during annual budget discussions. The spending in the plan totals $98 million and is currently unfunded. The city council will be receiving input on the plan from several city committees and the public before taking it up as part of this year's budget process.

The City of Kyle has experienced significant population and economic growth over the last ten years.  The City's draft 5-Year CIP, Equipment, and Personnel Plan has been developed to help identify funding requirements to address increased demands for City services and infrastructure challenges arising from rapid growth in population.
