The Hays County Emergency Services District (ESD) #5 is seeking proposals from qualified certified public accountant (CPA) firms to audit the former Kyle Fire Department’s financial statements for previous fiscal years and to prepare and submit form 990, and supporting documentation, to the Internal Revenue Service for calendar year 2012.
