A grand opening event for the new library is being planned for Saturday, May 12 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The event is open to the entire community and it will have activities for all ages. Everyone is invited to this very special event!
The new Kyle Public Library opened for business on Monday, April 16th, bringing with it a vastly expanded computer area, room for thousands of new books, and meeting rooms for community and civic groups to meet. The $3.25 million facility is four-times the size of the old library and is designed to meet community needs for many years to come.
