
The Meditation Class begins on Tuesday, May 8th. The class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The last class will meet on Tuesday, May 29th.

When attending the class you should wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can slip off easily. You should bring a firm pillow or a yoga mat to sit on. We hope to see you at the class.
