Effective Tuesday, October 1st, there will be a fee of $1.00 for a computer guest pass.
All library patrons will need to have a library account clear of all fines of $10 or more for free access to a computer. Patrons who have never had a library card or, no longer have a Kyle Public Library card in the system, may obtain a card free of charge.

Patrons who have lost or misplaced their library cards will need to pay $2.10 replacement fee for a new one.
Library patrons and visitors who do not wish to apply for a library card which is available free to all Texas residents with proof of address and photo Id, may use a 15 minute Express Computer at no charge or may purchase a daily $1.00 guest pass valid for that day only.
Adult library patrons (18 years or older) who do not have a library card in their possession must show a photo ID with a current address (to verify identity) in order to obtain their library card number and PIN. Children (17 years of age and under) who do not have their library cards with them must provide identifying information (such as birth date or phone number), or have their parents present to verify their identity.

PARENTS: if your child wants to use the library's computers and does not have a library card, please come with him/her to the library to apply for a library card. Please refer above for the forms of ID required for applying for a new library card.
