Interlibrary Loan Service

If you need books which are not available in our library, we will be happy to borrow them from another library for your use. There is no charge for this service at this time.

You may request an interlibrary loan if you have a Kyle Public Library card. You should reside within the library’s service area, and you must not have any outstanding fines or fees exceeding $10.00.

You may make a request for an Interlibrary Loan by completing an "ILL Request Form" at the circulation desk. You may also  print out the attach form, complete it, and turn it in at the circulation desk.

We had previously received a notice from the Austin Public Library concerning the reduction in services for Interlibrary Loans. They have since clarified this notice, and we're happy to report that the Kyle Public Library will still be able to request Interlibrary Loans for audio/visual materials. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
