Groups interested in using the library meeting rooms must first fill out the form: "Meeting Room Use Agreement." The agreement needs to be completed, signed, and turned in at the circulation desk before a room is reserved. Please note that the rooms available for meetings are: Community Room A and Community Room B.
The form "Meeting Room Use Agreement" is available at the bottom of this page under "Supporting Documents." If you wish to reserve a room, you may print out the form, complete it, and bring it to the library. You may also drop by the library to complete the form. You will be contacted concerning the status of your request.
If rooms are not available for the date and times requested for your meeting, you will have to schedule the meeting for a different day and time.
