Time Running Out to Purchase Personalized Pavers for the New Library

Personalized Library Pavers

The library's engraved paver fundraiser will end on May 1. No orders will be accepted after that date. A big thank you to all the library patrons and citizens of Kyle who supported the fundraiser by purchasing pavers.

Those who are making the new Kyle Public Library possible (that’s you!) have the rare opportunity to memorialize your name, or the names of your family and friends, by purchasing a Kyle Library Paver. The pavers will be located at the library’s entry courtyard on Scott and Meyer Streets.

For generations to come, these pavers and the names on them, will greet library visitors as a reminder of those who are apart of the history of the Kyle Public Library. Your name, family, friend, teacher, proud new high school graduate, or a business you have worked to build all have a place on this walk of history.

Each paver may have up to four lines with 12 letters per line. Each paver costs $100 and is tax deductible as a charitable contribution. Checks made out to “Friends of the Kyle Library” may be returned to the city with your water bill or taken to the circulation desk at the Kyle Public Library. You will be mailed a receipt for your contribution.

Please note the following when completing the form:

  • If you want the text to be in all capital letters, enter the inscription in capital letters
  • If you want a mix of characters, enter both capitals and lower case letters.

Paver applications were due by June 30th, 2011, in order to be guaranteed to be in place for the grand opening of the new library. However, we are still accepting applications until the May 1st deadline for anyone still wanting to place an order.
