Enjoy an interactive science and engineering museum on wheels! Get hands on experience with state of the art exhibits that highlight fundamental concepts in science. The recommended age group for this event would be children in grades 3 to 7.

The Trailblazer is the only interactive science and engineering museum-on-wheels in Texas. As it travels across the state, the Trailblazer engages students, teachers and parents through hands-on activities and exhibits that highlight fundamental concepts in science and engineering.   • Energy for Tomorrow
  • Space Matters
  • The Power of Weather
  • The Need for Speed
  • The Miracle of Medicine
  • Eyes and Ears
  • Gyroscope


A free ticket is required in order to attend this event. The tickets will be issued beginning Tuesday, July 9th, and they will be issued on a "first come, first serve" basis. Each ticket will have a specific time stamped on it. Please note this time on your ticket since this will be the beginning time for your session in the museum. Since only a limited number of people may visit the museum for each time slot, please make sure that you arrive at the time stamped on your ticket.

Please note the following times for each session in the museum: 9:30 am, 10:00 am, 10:30 am, 11:00 am, 12:30 pm,

1:00 pm, and 1:30 pm.
