Gain the knowledge and skills needed to respond to emergencies in and around the aquatic environment. Some topics covered include scanning techniques, preventative lifeguarding and
spinal injury management. This 32 hour course includes Lifeguarding Today, CPR for the
Professional Rescuer, Oxygen Administration, Standard First Aid, AED and Preventing
Disease Transmission. Required materials will be a whistle and lanyard. All other materials will
be provided. Participants must be at least 15 years old to register. Basic swim skills required.
This is the only course that will be offered this Spring in Kyle at this low rate!
April 18th and 25th from 6pm-8pm and
April 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th from 8am-5pm*
