2008 SUMMER CLASS SCHEDULE

All sessions are 6 weeks long and begin May 19th!

WATER AEROBICS

Burn calories and build muscle without breaking a sweat! The natural resistance of water makes this class a great low-impact water workout combining cardiovascular exercises with strength training. The class is performed in chest-deep water, both swimmers and non-swimmers can participate. The instructor provides a great, safe workout for beginners to advanced at all ages.

PILATES MAT CLASS

Pilates is a method of body conditioning consisting of a unique system of stretching and strengthening exercises that target the abdominals as well as the muscles that surround the spine. The Pilates philosophy focuses on training the mind and body to work together towards overall fitness and rehabilitation. Benefits of Pilates exercises include improving strength, decreasing fatigue, promoting good posture and body mechanics, and overall flexibility. This class is great for those looking to improve their level of endurance and fitness at any age. Pilates is also great for prenatal and postpartum women looking for a gentle but effective form of exercise. Participants are required to bring their own mat.

C.S.I. KYLE (CHALLENGE. STRENGTH. INTENSITY)

Variety in your workout is the key to getting into GREAT SHAPE, and that's what you get in this workout. Every class is different! You'll find yourself challenged to do anything from sports conditioning, circuits, intervals, strength training, jogging, and more, both indoors and out. The perfect mix to sculpt the body and get the results you are looking for! Never a dull moment in this workout!
