Regarded by many as the best BBQ Cookoff in Hays County; Teams from all over Central Texas compete in this 2-day event. Show off you cooking talents, as well as your pit, in front of thousands of Bar-B-Que hungry fans.

Cash Prizes and trophies await the top teams in Beans, Fajitas, Chicken,

Pork Babyback/Spareribs, Fruit Cobbler, Cook's Choice and Brisket.

Best Pit & Best Camp round out the award categories.

Plus Cash Prizes for All-Around BBQ Cook-Off Team
