Where is the proposed Recreation Center Going?
These three tracts total 42.68 acres and could one day be a Regional Park. If the voters approve the construction of the Recreation Center, it will be built on the hill on Tract 1. The rest of the park will include many outdoor facilities and activities as you might see in any regional park this size. The Master Plan of the Regional Park is being developed and will be ready for review by November 2009.

On July 17, 2007, the City Council approved a resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate an agreement with Marmon Mok Architecture of San Antonio and SpawGlass Construction Company of Austin for design, engineering, programming and construction and other professional services relating to the construction of the City of Kyle Recreation Center project.
