Summer Camps

Special Note to parents of last year's camp:  You will not be receiving letters showing how much you paid for camp, since we are not a liscensed child care facility.  You can however visit your account on the online registration system to view your receipts from last year, by clicking on the Online City Services link at the bottom left hand side of your screen.  If you have any questions or need help please contact me be at programs@cityofkyle.com or at 512-262-3939.

This is a Summer Day Camp Program that is regulated by the City of Kyle as adopted in Ordinance #461 Article IV Section 23: Standards of Care for Parks & Recreation Department Programs for Children.  This is NOT a state licensed child-care program!  This Camp program would not be made possible without the help and assistance from everyone at HaysCISD, THANK YOU!  It is our goal to offer a recreational program that youth can participate in to maintain a happy, healthy and active lifestyle; rather than sit on the couch and play video games all summer long.  We strive to introduce the children to new and different ways to recreate.

Texas Explorers Camp is for youth entering 2nd grade to entering 5th grade

Texas Adventure Camp is for youth entering 6th grade to entering 9th grade

Sample of field trips include, but are not limited to: the Kyle Pool, Austin Rock Gym, Plum Creek Golf Course, Blazer Tag, The Zone Skating Rink, Steeplechase Disc Golf Course, Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum, Starplex Movie Theater, Westgate Bowling Lanes, and many more exciting places!  The Adventure Camp will also be going to Austin's Park N Pizza, Texas Ski Ranch, The Realm Paintball Park and Seguin Outdoor Learning Center (High Ropes Course).
