Pets In Parks

Pets are allowed in the City of Kyle's Parks, Trails and Open Spaces with specific rules. These rules are as follows:

     1. All Pets and Animals MUST be on a leash.

    2. All Pets and Animals MUST be under control.

    3. No Pets or Animals allowed in Playscape or pool area.

    4. All feces deposits must be removed immediately.

    5. A feces removal device must be clearly visible while in Park, on Trail  or in any public open space.

    6. Violators may be asked to leave park or may be fined.

    7. This by no means is the total extent of park rules. Please contact the Parks Department with specific questions, concerns or situations.
