Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby Given to all interested persons, that:

The City of Kyle shall hold a public hearing on a request by Alberto Saucedo on behalf of Ypolita Cruz Saucedo to rezone approximately 0.53 acres from Single Family Residential 1 “R-1” to Retail Service District “RS” on properties located at 713 and 715 N. Old Highway 81, in Hays County, Texas.

The Planning and Zoning Commission may recommend and the City Council may consider assigning any zoning district which is equivalent or more restrictive and is also consistent with the Comprehensive Plan. 

A public hearing will be held by the Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 6:30pm. 

A public hearing will be held by the Kyle City Council on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, at 7:00pm.

Council action and second reading may be considered at the meeting to follow the public hearing (September 1, 2015).

Notice is hereby Given to all interested persons, that:

The City of Kyle, Texas, proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include approximately 132.59 acres of land located at the northwest corner of N. Old Stagecoach and Cypress Road as depicted in the map below.

Upon completion of annexation procedures, 129.915 acres will be assigned R-1-2 (single family residential) zoning, and 2.681 acres will be assigned R/S (Retail/Services) zoning.

As prescribed by law the first public hearing will be held by the Kyle City Council on Tuesday, August 18, 2015, and the second public hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in the Kyle City Hall Council Chambers, 100 W. Center St, for all persons interested in the proposed annexations.  At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard.  Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.
