First Aid/CPR/AED for Schools and the Community
Your Kyle Parks & Recreation Department will be offering a certification course for Red Cross First Aid, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED (automated external defibrillator). This training meets the needs of workplace responders, school staffs, professional responders and healthcare providers, as well as the need to be prepared for life’s emergencies. In this course, you will learn how and when to use CPR for adults, children, and infants, basic first aid skills, and when and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator. Register today! Minimum of 5 students, maximum 10.
The course will be held at the Historic Kyle City Hall at City Square Park on February 4, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch break. Deadline for registration has been extended to Tuesday January 24, 2012 at 5:00 p.m., cost is $110.
