Development Process
The development process is a four step process beginning with zoning and subdivision platting and ending with the overall site design and building construction.
In coordination with other departments, the Planning Department is responsible for the Zoning, Subdivision, and Site Development review processes. Each step related to the Planning Department is listed below with a detailed explanation of that development process.
