KYLE SUMMER CAMP 2024

DATES TIMES, AND INFORMATION IS TENTATIVE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

It is our goal to offer a recreational program that youth can participate in to maintain a happy, healthy and active lifestyle; rather than sit on the couch and play video games all summer. We strive to introduce the children to new and different ways to recreate through physically and mentally exhilarating field trips, on-site activities and valuable friendships.

About Summer Camp

Kyle Summer Camp is a day camp that runs from 7:45 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Monday through Friday for nine-weeks (May 28th- August 2nd)

The location of pick-up and drop-off: FUENTES ELEMENTRY

The weekly fee covers 2 field trips a week to locations like (Main Event, Urban Air, Austin Park N Pizza, and many more fun locations), 2 pool days a week, 2 daily snacks and 2 t-shirts that must be worn on field trip days, along with daily supplies for activities including visits to Mary Kyle Hartson City Square Park, fishing at Lake Kyle and hiking the trails in Kyle.

The Kyle Summer Camp does not supply breakfast or lunch. Each camper will be required to bring a water bottle and lunch each day. Camp staff are unable to refrigerate camper lunches. Parents and guardians should make sure lunches contain an ice pack if it needs to remain cool.

The max capacity for Summer Camp is weekly of 90 campers (60 Voyagers/Youth and 30 Adventurers/Teens).

Fee breakdown:

Weekly fee: $130

Non-refundable deposit/Registration fee: $40 per week

AFTER EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION

3/5/24 - 7/23/24

Based on a weekly fee

Weekly fee: $160

Non-refundable deposit/ Registration fee: $40 per week

There are NO DISCOUNTS for multiple children, scholarships, or income based subsidies available.

ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL COME WITH A FEE OF $40 per week. NO EXCEPTIONS

Late fees will be added in the amount of $20 to any account that does not pay by the deadline.

**In order to ensure your camper receives the shirt size he or she needs to have completed the forms, payment and/or deposit must be received by 5 p.m. April 28, 2024.**

7 Spots are still available for week 1 of Adventure (Teen) group all other weeks are full. Waitlist is available for all weeks.

This year we are requiring that all payments are made with a credit or debit card through the CampDoc website.

( Students must be 5 years of age on or before September 1, 2023 in order to attend )

Must have completed all day Kinder for the school year 2023-2024

Voyager (Youth): Completed all day Kindergarten - Entering 5^th Grade

Adventure (Teen): Entering 6^th-9^th Grade

You may register after April 28th, but the shirt size for your camper is not guaranteed.

Registration remains open until filled or until payment deadline has passed.
