Phase 1	April 14	Front Street between Train Depot and City Hall. NO PARKING ON N. FRONT ST. THIS PHASE	6.5 Weeks	Completed
Phase 2.1	June 10	All utility and paving work involving the middle of Center Street. NO PARKING ON CENTER ST. DURING THIS PHASE	Six Weeks	Completed
Phase 2.2	July 17	All utility, paving and concrete work involving the South side of Center Street. NO PARKING ON CENTER ST. DURING THIS PHASE	Six Weeks	Completed
Phase 2.3	October 15	All utility, paving and concrete work involving the North side of Center Street. Parking is now available on the south side of Center Street.	Five Weeks	Complete
Phase 2.4	October 15	All utility, paving and concrete work involving the East and West ends of Center Street. LIMITED PARKING ON CENTER ST. DURING THIS PHASE	Three Weeks	Work on the West end of Center Street is completed Work on the Eastern end will be completed by Dec 28th.
Phase 2.5	December 10	Asphalt paving of North half. LIMITED PARKING ON CENTER ST. DURING THIS PHASE	One Week	Complete
Phase 2.6	December 14	Asphalt paving of South half. LIMITED PARKING ON CENTER ST. DURING THIS PHASE Striping of Center Street will occur on Saturday, December 29th.	One Week	Complete

If weather holds out and if suppliers meet the schedule, the project should be completed by December 31. Trees, benches and trashcans are scheduled to be installed on or before January 15th.
