City of Kyle Utility Billing - bills are now due

IF YOUR ACCOUNT IS PAST DUE, YOU MAY RECEIVE A CALL LIKE THIS:

This is a courtesy call from the City of Kyle Utility Billing Department.  Your account is now subject to service interruption as you have a past due amount. Please make payment on line at www.cityofkyle.com, or in person during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You may also use the night drop on the side of the city hall building. To avoid interruption of services, your payment must be made by  25th of the current month if paying in person at city hall,  or if using city's on line service or the night drop box at city hall. Service disconnections for nonpayment will be processed on the following business day. Thank you and have a great day.

Utility Payment Options 

Online:

* Online payments can be made at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/kyletx/utilities  (All payments made this way are subject to a $2.50 electronic processing fee)

In Person: 

* Office hours Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  
* Drive Thru (between City Hall and Papa Jacks). 
* Phone 512-262-3960 - Only Visa, Discover,and Mastercard are accepted by telephone. (All payments made this way are subject to a $2.50 electronic processing fee)

After Hours:

* Night Drop located in the Drive Thru, check or money order only – Must have coupon
(Note: We are not responsible for cash dropped in the night drop with your payment coupon.)
 

Other Options:

* ACH Drafting (Authorization for Direct Debit Payment Form must be submitted w/ an attached voided check.)
* Credit Card Drafting (Visa, Mastercard, Discover *Please note that recurring credit card payments are processed on the 10th of each month)
* H-E-B – Business Center (account number is needed & a fee may be charged)
