The City of Kyle Utility Billing Department is no longer mailing out late notices.
Our PhoneTree message system is up and running.  
If you have a past due balance and your contact information is current
in our system, you should receive a phone call letting you know
we have not received your payment.  
If your records reflect differently, please contact our office at 262-3960
and we will be glad to assist you.

Winter Sewer Averaging for residential water services was adjusted again in March and will show on the bill due April 15th, 2010. We calculate the winter sewer average (it will be the same amount every month for one year) from the water consumption used during the months of November, December, and January. When you receive your bill and your sewer average seems extraordinarily high, please call us and we will be glad to assist.

Computer access:

(for now, we do not charge a convenience fee on our web site)

In Person:
* Office hours 8 am – 5 pm. Please have your payment coupon with you.
* Convenient Drive Thru (between City Hall and Bordeaux)
* Call in to 262-3960 (for now, no charge to call in payment)

After 5pm
Convenient Night Drop located in the Drive Thru, check or money order only – Must have coupon
(Note: We are not responsible for cash dropped in the night drop with your payment coupon.)

HEB – Customer Service desk – They will charge a $2 convenience charge
