Kyle held a Special Election on Jan. 25, 2020, to fill an unexpired term for District 6. The official results are:

Michael Tobias, 97 votes

Brandi Heindl, 42 votes

 

As with every election, the votes were canvased at the February 4, 2020 Kyle City Council meeting. 

What is on the January 25, 2020, Special Election Ballot?

The City of Kyle has a current vacancy in District 6 to fill an unexpired term. Only persons living in and registered to vote in this district can vote for this representative. The District 6 term will expire in November 2021.

Anyone wishing to vote in an election must register to vote no later than 30 days prior to the election. That means the deadline to register to vote for this special election was December 26, 2019.
