Right of Way Permits
Follow the link below to be taken to our Citizen Self-Service (CSS) portal where you can apply for a Right of Way permit. You will first be prompted to create and account. Once that is complete if you are not redirected to the Right of Way Permit, the menu at the top of your screen has a Right of Way Permit option.
To apply for all other types of permits please see the Building Department's page. Their page also has general information about the CSS portal such as How To videos for assistance with using the online portal.
