A new commercial building at 104 S Burleson is currently in the planning stages.  It is expected to include first floor accommodations for a restaurant in the design, second floor office space and a third floor event space with a covered outdoor component that could be used as an as an event venue.

The building's purpose is to add new mixed-use space in downtown that will foster commercial and pedestrian traffic and contribute to Kyle’s branding as a regional tourist destination.

Cadence McShane has partnered with Edmondson Flynn who will be the design architect on the project. A detailed schedule and design will be generated by Cadence McShane and regular updates will be provided to the city council publicly.
