This project includes the installation of approximately 6,500’ of 16” PVC waterline from the Plum Creek Subdivision east of CR 2770, along the North side of Hays Consolidate High School, and ultimately connecting to the Anthem Subdivision. The project is currently in 90% design and the acquisition of easements.
