Starting Monday, July 24, there will be a road closure on Kohler’s Crossing between Market Place Avenue and the Austin Community College east entrance. Union Pacific will be repairing their tracks and the City’s contractor will be spot repairing Kohler's Crossing from the tracks to the I-35 Southbound Frontage Road.
During the closure, local traffic to businesses adjacent to the tracks will be allowed. Through traffic will be detoured to take FM 1626 to Interstate 35 to Kohlers Crossing.
All work is weather permitting. The road closure is estimated to be no more than 4 days.
