2015 Pavement Evaluation and Assessment
The City of Kyle (City) will be accepting sealed qualification statements from engineering firms who can demonstrate they have resources, experience and qualifications to perform a Pavement Evaluation and Assessment for the City of Kyle, Texas.
Qualification specifications may be secured from the City website or at the office of the City Engineer, City Hall at 100 W. Center St., Kyle, Texas 78640 or via phone (512) 262-3958.
Qualifications shall be addressed to the City Engineer, City of Kyle, 100 W. Center St., Kyle, Texas 78640. Submittals will be received until 12:00 pm (noon) on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at the office of Leon Barba, P.E., City Engineer, City Hall, 100 W. Center St., Kyle, Texas 78640. Qualifications shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

A pre-submission conference will be held in the Public Works Training Room at the City of Kyle Public Works Department, 520 E RR 150, Kyle, Texas 78640 at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2015.
No fax submissions will be accepted. No late submissions will be accepted. All submissions received after the deadline will be returned unopened.
