City of Kyle celebrates International Women’s Day and women's social, economic, and cultural achievements.

"The City of Kyle is committed to service, community, and innovation," says Sandra Duran, Director of Human Resources. "The City of Kyle is proud to celebrate the amazing women we have in our organization and their contribution to making the workplace and community a great place to be."

Why do women love working for the City of Kyle?

  • A seat at the table. Women are leaders at every level of city government and have a seat at the table for decisions made.
  • A chance to put family first. City Hall features a quiet room for mother’s needing a comfortable place to continue with their choice to breastfeed. The City of Kyle recognizes a mother’s responsibility to both her job and her child.
  • Support from the Team. TeamKYLE is made up of women that support each other on and off the clock.
  • Active environment. City of Kyle provides a workplace that encourages staff to stay active and healthy.
