WHAT IS ON THE CITY'S BALLOT?

There are currently two district seats up terming: Kyle City Council Districts 1 and 3, which are both at-large seats, meaning every registered voter in the City limits will see them on their ballots.  An election will be held on November 5, 2019, to fill these seats. Those terms will expire in November 2022. 

WHAT ELSE IS ON MY BALLOT?

Visit the County's website here for more information. Several State of Texas propositions are also on the ballot this year, including whether to continue to prohibit a state sales tax. Visit this site to learn more.

To find out what County precinct you live in, contact the Hays County Elections Office 512- 393-7310 or check your voter registration card. 

VOTING LOCATIONS

Hays County has been approved by the Secretary of State's Office to hold a Vote Center Election. This means that for both early voting and Election Day voting, Hays County voters can cast a ballot at ANY polling location in Hays County. All Hays County ballots will be available at all locations.

Get Registered!

The City of Kyle encourages all residents to get registered, get informed and show up at the polls.

Voter registration applications can be found at Kyle City Hall and Kyle Public Library, or you can print one here and return it to Hays County Voter Registrar, 712 S. Stagecoach Trl, Suite 1045 San Marcos, TX 78666.

You must register to vote no later than 30 days prior to an election. This year's deadline to register is Oct. 7, 2019.
