NorthPoint Development & Kyle Economic Development Host Plum Creek Industrial Center Ribbon Cutting

KYLE, TEXAS – NorthPoint Development in partnership with Kyle Economic Development will be hosting a ribbon cutting on Thursday, Nov. 4 at 11 a.m. for the Plum Creek Industrial Center, 19200 Marketplace Ave.  

The Plum Creek Industrial Center is a NorthPoint Development project that has initiated a $66 million capital investment in the Kyle area and is expected to bring 1,001 new direct and indirect jobs. Once fully operational, the project is estimated to produce roughly $860,116 of annual tax revenue.   

The industrial center is located west of Interstate 35 off of Kohlers Crossing and currently has six new businesses that will be celebrating the ribbon cutting including Outer Aisle Gourmet, Lanter Delivery Systems, Viking SupplyNet, American HVAC Metals Supply Inc., and Plastikon.
