Kyle Public Library's community yoga is a Hatha style class appropriate for all experience levels. It is based on mindful movement and will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 6:30 p.m.

We play Magic the Gathering trading card game constructed decks, including formats like kitchen casual and Commander.

Sound Journey Meditation with Lux Solaris for ages 12+ (Part 3 of Teen Mental Health Bootcamp)
The Sound Journey takes us into a state of deep relaxation, effortless meditation, rest, and renewal. Everyone aged 12 and up is invited to join Josephine as she plays unique and specialized instruments such as the gong, crystal and metal singing bowls, drums, and chimes to promote mental, emotional, and physical restoration. This event is the third and final part of the Teen Mental Health Bootcamp, a challenge spanning the first week of the 2024 Summer Reading Program that provides resources and outlets for mental health. Everyone who attends ALL THREE boot camp events will receive a free fidget cube!
