The City of Kyle Environmental Services & Trades Division (ES&T) was created to elevate the City of Kyle’s aesthetic to meet the city council’s “Gold Standard”. ES&T is responsible for maintaining the ROW (right of way), Street Lights, Street Sweeping, Beautification of the downtown corridor and Gateway signs.
