SPECIFICATIONS AND GENERAL PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS FOR BALLFIELD IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE CITY OF KYLE GREGG-CLARKE PARK, STEEPLECHASE PARK, AND WATERLEAF PARK
NOTICE TO RESPONDERS:
The City of Kyle is accepting proposals for ballfield improvements at Gregg-Clarke Park, Steeplechase Park, and Waterleaf Park as stated in this RFP and posted on our website: www.cityofkyle.com. The City of Kyle invites qualified companies to submit proposals to provide ballfield improvements cost estimates for the softball fields at Gregg-Clarke Park, baseball fields at Steeplechase Park, and softball fields at Waterleaf Park. The city is seeking a company with ballfield improvement experience as well as experience working with public municipal agencies. Proposals marked BALLFIELD IMPROVEMENTS-RFP-2023-18-PARD are to be submitted to:

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL DEADLINE: 8:00 AM, FRIDAY, JUNE 23, 2023
All proposals received will be reviewed by City Staff. The staff’s recommendation will go to the Kyle City Council for final approval.
