SPECIFICATIONS AND GENERAL PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SUBGRADE/FOUNDATION FOR PARK RESTROOMS IN THE CITY OF KYLE

NOTICE TO RESPONDERS:

The City of Kyle is accepting proposals for the selection of a company for the foundation work for (5) park restrooms located at city parks in the City of Kyle as stated in this RFP and posted on our website: www.cityofkyle.com. The City of Kyle invites qualified companies to submit proposals to provide complete plans, cost estimates, and scope of work for the foundation of new restrooms at the following locations: Gregg Clarke Park, Steeplechase Park, Waterleaf Park, Lake Kyle Park, and Mary Kyle Hartson City Square Park. The city is seeking a company with foundation experience as well as experience working with public municipal agencies. Proposals marked SUBGRADE/FOUNDATIONS FOR PARK RESTROOMS: RFQ-2023-17-PARD are to be submitted to:

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL DEADLINE: 4:00 PM, WEDNESDAY, May 24, 2023

All proposals received will be reviewed by City Staff. The staff’s recommendation will go to the Kyle City Council for final approval.
