Request for Proposals Demolition of City Owned Properties

The City of Kyle is seeking professional services for the demolition of three (3) City owned properties located at 111 N Front Street, 103 S Front Street, and 300 W Center Street. The selected contractor will demolish all three (3) properties and leave the sites to the specifications of the City as outlined in the Scope of Work.

This RFP will be open beginning Wednesday, August 30, 2023, and submittals will be due by 4 PM on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
