OVERVIEW AND PROJECT INFORMATION

Following is a summary of information for this Project. Bidder is cautioned to refer to other sections of the Project Manual, Drawings and Addenda (Bid Documents) for further details.

The City of Kyle, hereafter called OWNER, is requesting sealed written Bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals, and for performing all Work required for the following:

Project: Plum Creek Elevated Tank Rehabilitation

BID DOCUMENTS

Bid Documents, including Drawings and Technical Specifications, will be on file at the following location:

SUBMISSION OF BIDS

Online bid services will open for bidding on Monday March 14, 2022, and close on Tuesday March 29, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. CST. Follow submittal instructions on www.civcastusa.com. Hard copies will not be accepted for this solicitation. All addenda and answers to Bidders’ questions will also be posted to Civcast at the above link and Project ID "K21-22.01".

PRE-BID CONFERENCE

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 23, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the City of Kyle Public Works Department Training Room, 520 E. RR 150, Kyle, TX.

All Bids and Compliance Plans not received prior to the date and time set forth above will NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CONSIDERATION.
