FM 150 West Alignment Study
Hays County and The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), in partnership with the Federal Highway Administration, are considering a realignment of a 5 mile section of existing FM 150 from Arroyo Ranch Road to I-35. The purpose of this proposed project is to enhance safety and mobility.
The project team has narrowed down the study area to more specific corridors and route alternatives for the proposed project based on the data collected and comments received to date. An open house was hosted on Tuesday, September 23rd at Wallace Middle School in Kyle to share and collect feedback on these alternatives. Attendees were able to view route alternatives, visit with project team members, ask questions, and share comments on the project.
All the meeting exhibits have been posted online, including the 4 different possible corridors. You are encouraged to share your thoughts and preferences of the different corridors. An online survey is provided below for you to share your input there or by emailing your comments. Please remember that your comments need to be recorded by October 3rd to be included in the public input summary. All comments received will be compiled and shared in the report.
