NorthPoint Development and City of Kyle Celebrate Plum Creek Industrial Center Ribbon Cutting

DATE/TIME: Thursday, Nov. 4 at 11 a.m. 

LOCATION: Plum Creek Industrial Center, 19200 Marketplace Ave. 

KYLE, TEXAS – KYLE, TEXAS – On Thursday, Nov. 4 NorthPoint Development in partnership with Kyle Economic Development held the ribbon cutting for the Plum Creek Industrial Center.  

Approximately 75 members of the regional business community attended the event to celebrate the launching of this highly anticipated development.  

The Plum Creek Industrial Center is a NorthPoint Development project that has initiated a $66 million capital investment in the Kyle area and is expected to bring 1,001 new direct and indirect jobs. Once fully operational, the project is estimated to produce roughly $860,116 of annual tax revenue.  

The ribbon cutting event featured remarks from NorthPoint Development Chief Strategy Officer Jed Momot, Owner of Momark Development Terry Mitchell, Kyle Mayor Travis Mitchell and Kyle Economic Development Director Diana Blank-Torres.  

“The Plum Creek Industrial Center is an example of the impact and momentum that building strong partnerships can have," Momot said. “Every part of this development was brought to realization because of accord built between the private and public sector in Kyle, our business partners that are putting this development into motion and the economic development organizations that fan the flames for growth in the region.”  

The Plum Creek Industrial Center is located west of Interstate 35 off of Kohlers Crossing. The development currently has six businesses including Outer Aisle Gourmet, Lanter Delivery Systems, Viking SupplyNet, American HVAC Metals Supply Inc., and Plastikon.
