Kyle Pie in the Sky Vendor Terms of Agreement 2019

Thank you for your participation with Kyle Pie in the Sky 2019!  We are looking forward to another great year!  This year we need to emphasize the importance of reading through the vendor terms of agreement and understanding the logistics of the event.  The Lehman Road construction project will be in progress during the event and timing and space will be EXTREMELY limited. Here are a few items that will be strictly enforced this year due to the construction project:

  • We will have limited ingress/egress this year.  Vendors, event staff, and shuttles will be using the same points of entry.  All vendors will ensure that their booths have enough supplies to get through the 5-6 hour sessions during the event.  We will not be able to allow vendors to come and go while the event is going on.
  • Vendors will be the first to arrive and the last to leave.  The set-up times will be strictly enforced and refunds will not be given to those that cannot gain access to the park if they arrive late.

* We are working diligently to make sure the event goes off without issue but we ask for your patience and understanding this year.  Please make sure to read below for the full vendor terms of agreement.  We will send updates leading up to the event.

*At event conclusion each day, vendors will not be allowed to drive a vehicle onto the grounds until guests have left.

*Generators are permitted, but a 70-decibel level at the edges of your booth space will be strictly enforced.  All power cords must remain in the limits of your space.  Generators exceeding the 70db level will be removed.  If health or fire hazards are observed, generators will be turned off.

*Vendors must provide their own garbage cans and liners.  Trash must be bagged, tied and carried to a dumpster.  Recycling must be broken down and carried to a recycler.

*Vendors must sell from within their booth space.  No roaming sales are permitted.

*All items to be sold, distributed, given away etc. must be approved by Kyle Pie in the Sky and must be legal to distribute in Central Business District-2

* Kyle Pie in the Sky ends at 10:30am on Sunday, September 1.  No vehicles will be allowed on site for load-out until event staff have determined that the park is cleared of pedestrian traffic.  All booths must be off grounds by 5:00pm on Sunday, September 1.

Specific to FOOD VENDORS:
* Vendors preparing food on site must have a hand washing unit in their booth.
* All food vendors selling non-prepackaged food and/or drink are required to turn in a copy of a valid Texas Department of Health Permit with application.  The permit must be displayed at the event.  It is required that at least one person in each booth hold a food handlers permit and that one person in each booth be a certified food manager.
