Effective immediately, the attached Impervious Coverage Form must be completely filled out and submitted with the Building Permit Application in CSS under attachments if the following work is being done:

-Add On

-Covered Porch

-Garage/ Carport (Attached/Detached)

-Uncovered Wood Deck

-Breezeways

-Covered Patio

-Storage Shed

-Balcony

-Swimming Pool

-Other Building(s) or covered area(s)
