Council Member Michael Tobias Awarded 2022 CLEAT Officer of the Year Proclamation

A proclamation of the City Council of the City of Kyle, Texas of Council Member Michael Tobias on receiving the 2022 Combined Law Enforcement Association of Texas, CLEAT Officer of the year Award.

Whereas, Michael Tobias a son of Kyle began his law enforcement career 19 years ago.

Whereas, Michael received a certificate of appreciation for outstanding performance and support while serving as class president while attending the Corrections Officers Basic training.

Whereas, during his career as a Travis County Sherriff’s Officer he served with honor and distinction.

Whereas, Council Member Tobias serves with that same dedication and resolve as a Kyle City Council member for the residents of District 6.

Now Therefore, be it proclaimed by the City Council of the City of Kyle, Texas that:

Michael Tobias is the 2022 Officer of the year.
