City of Kyle Welcomes New Assistant City Manager

City of Kyle Assistant City Manager Jesse Elizondo

KYLE, TEXAS –– The City of Kyle is pleased to announce the selection of Jesse Elizondo as Assistant City Manager.  

Elizondo comes to Kyle from Burleson, Texas where he served as the Director of Administrative Services. Prior to that, he worked as Director of Customer Service and Deputy City Secretary. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication/Technology and a master's degree in public administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Elizondo will oversee the City Secretary’s Office, Utility Billing, Administrative Services, Municipal Court, Information Technology, purchasing compliance, performance management, process improvement programming as well as intergovernmental operations and strategic advocacy. His official start date with the City of Kyle was Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024.
