Sensory Storytime

Mondays @ 10:30 am

Sensory Fun Storytime is designed to engage children through movement, music, preschool stories and sensory activity play. This program is ideal for children with special needs, including sensory challenges, social integration and developmental delays.

Recommended for children 2-5 years old.

Baby Lapsit

Thursdays @ 10 am

Babies (along with their favorite adult) enjoy songs, action rhymes, and playtime and share a book together in each lively Book Babies session.

Recommended for children 0-18 months old.

Toddler Time

Thursdays @ 11 am

Toddlers (along with their favorite adult) enjoy interactive stories, feltboards, songs, and activities that encourage their emerging language skills.

Recommended for children 18-26 months old.

¡Los Cuentos! Bilingual storytime

Fridays @ 10:30 am

Bilingual Storytime is presented in English and Spanish. It is an opportunity for young children to engage through stories, finger plays, music and activities.
 

Cuentos bilingües están presentados en inglés y español. Es una oportunidad en que los niños pueden aprender en la moda de cuentos, canciones, música, y actividades.

 

Recommended for children 0-5 years old.

Crafty Kids

All programs have capacity limits so be sure to come early. Entry will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Summer STEAM Lab

Tuesdays @ 10:30 a.m.

 

Enjoy adventures in science with this summer series. Each week will be a different activity and may include smashing things with a hammer or contact with glowing slime. This program is for kids between the ages of 6-12 years; kids must be accompanied by a guardian. There will be a capacity of 40 kids participating so feel free to arrive 30 minutes early to get a ticket for the program.

Jedi Masters of Jakku Temple featuring 501st & Rebel legions

Saturday, June 8th from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

 

Join Saber Guild’s Jakku Temple for an interactive Jedi experience beginning at 11:00.

 

We will train the younglings in the ways of the Force as they learn defensive techniques to defeat the Dark Side

 

! Jakku Temple will be joined by members of Rebel Legion and The 501st Legion’s Stormtroopers for a fun filled Star Wars celebration!

Mini-Golf in the Library

Wednesday, June 12th, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Play mini golf right here among the stacks in the library! Family fun as you follow the course through the library to make that hole in one.

Oscar Munuz Comedy Magician

Magician Oscar Munoz Will be entertaining young and old with his repertoire of magic tricks. Join us for a fun-filled hour sure to be enjoyed by all.

Little Learners Wonder Hour (2-5 years)

June 17th and July 15th at 10:30am

This is a program focused on free exploration and is recommended for children ages 2-5 years old. Come play, dance, craft, and socialize!
